Position: Client Coordinator

We are looking for one new team member to support our rapidly growing spa.  We offer a menu of cutting edge facial treatments and waxing services.

Job Requirements:

• Superb time management and organizational skills are a must

• Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment without getting overwhelmed

• Manage schedule for 4 + aestheticians

• Answer phone while multitasking

• Manage emails

• Assist with online orders

• Assist clients with product recommendations and skin care regimens
